It can be described as “the way we do things here” it’s an ever-evolving overall attitude of the business.
 

What are signs of a toxic culture?
Poor management, high turnover, employees not tied to company values, too much gossip in the office, unfriendly employee competition, attendance issues, lack of initiatives, little or no promotion from within, no DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) policy, or public criticism of employees just to name a few.

Why do I need a good culture?
Happier employees are more productive, they perform better, and they stay longer. All these lead to increased profitability.
